10/30/2011 — Illinois anomaly — and several frozen ‘HAARP rings’ over the northeast USA

Multiple screenshots from multiple systems.. 400AM CDT 10/30/2011 — this “HAARP ring” RADAR flash occurred for several minutes.. into a half hour..

Location : Chicago Illinois south past Kankakee to Onarga Illinois –watch this area for the next 24-48 hours for possible severe weather.

  1. Did you notice on the continental U.S. map that there are close to 100 circles??? I think I counted 94-97. Are all those HAARP rings??? If they are, that’s really scary! By the way, check out UMSonline.org and download “Fearlessness In The 2012 Paradigm Shift”…it’s AMAZING!
