Severe weather will be forming or is currently active in .. Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York State.
Be alert of the possibility of damaging winds, large hail, and possible tornadoes with these strong cells as they blow east northeast from the Midwest to the NE atlantic / East Canada.
As for the Japan possible cloud of petro-chemicals or radioactive depleted Uranium —- the storm is pushing on shore in the Pacific Northwest now .. starting last night.. going for the next day.

If you live in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, or Michigan… Chicago IL, Springfield IL, Saint Louis MO , Jefferson City MO, Joplin / Springfield MO, Tulsa OK, Oklahoma City OK, SW oklahoma into North Central Texas (NW of Dallas)… be alert now.. these cells are either over your area or will be soon.
If you live in Arkansas, W. Tennessee, W. Kentucky, Indiana, or W. Ohio… be aware of the possibility these storms may come your way over the rest of tonight into the AM .
Overall these storms are very strong. Possible tornadoes, damaging winds, and hail are associated with the cells. Take precautions now to prepare, and if alerts are officially issued for your area, pay attention and follow their directions.
Have your severe weather plans in order.. make sure you and your loved ones / family / friends / co-workers know the plan and are able to enact it at a moments notice.
Keep in mind its about 100am CDT on April 30, 2012 …. a LOT of people are asleep and may not know possible tornadoes are coming. Which is why its always good to be prepared (middle of the night.. few minute warning.. you’ve got to know what to do and do it quickly).
Whether it is a petro-chemical cloud or a cloud of vaporized barrels of depleted Uranium… its now on the doorstep of the northwest coast of North America.
Coming ashore anywhere from north Oregon, through Washington State, north to British Columbia.

At this point.. there are some reports of NO damage to the 3400 barrels of depleted uranium stored at this levelled factory…. but I cannot find any pictures (or video) to confirm the barrels undamaged / intact.
Conflicting reports are coming out of the area…. alexander higgins covered this fully. As we know from last year at Fukushima.. best not to take the “official word” of “all clear .. nothing to worry about” with a grain of salt.. and understand that a cloud of SOMETHING was released. The question is, do you want to get it on your skin when it rains or drink it after it falls to the earth?
As for the cloud itself… no one is denying a large cloud of SOMETHING blew sky high and burned for hours. It immediately blew off the east coast of Japan with this system we now see coming ashore on the northwest coast —- Washington State, North Oregon, and British Columbia Canada.
Many people took issue with my warning of this cloud coming, saying NOTHING was in the cloud to worry about. I suppose they are forgetting a chemical factory exploded and its particulate matter was injected into the storm that blew across the pacific.
I don’t think vaporized petro-chemicals OR vaporized depleted uranium are good things to get on your skin or ingest. So I put out this warning to pay attention to the radiation monitors and to minimize your exposure to the precipitation that is produced off this storm.
Remember, we’re not talking clouds you can see.. its a cloud of small particles mixed in with the coming storm at high altitudes.. it requires the condensation of moisture to trap the particles of (X) and bring them to the ground level.
No doubt SOME chemicals from this factory explosion are going to be in any precipitation falling from this storm. How much? What substances? No one knows.. best to be safe and know this occurred and that it COULD POSSIBLY be in the rain, snow, sleet, hail, or fog.
Be alert that these storms are producing damaging winds, possible tornadoes, and large hail.
Currently heading out of North Texas .. through Central Oklahoma .. extending through east Kansas … through .. Central Missouri — into southwest and central west Illinois.
The general track is heading ENE.. then turning ESE somewhere near Chicago / Michigan / North Indiana border area:

Confirmation #1: 725pm CDT — Here we are 12 hours later after issuing an alert for TX, MO, KY , OH, and TN: and indeed MO, IL, IN, KY, and OH are under it now — Arkansas and Tennessee have yet to be hit, but will be hit over the next few hours into the 29th of April (tomorrow).
Keep in mind we still have 2 1/2 full days before the forecast expires..more severe weather may develop and hit these named areas.. only time will tell at this point, this may just be the first burst — on May 1st the forecast will expire.

Be aware if you live near any of the areas with circle sweeps occurring. This means Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, (possibly kansas)…
A high amount of frequency is being projected/injected to the natural environment yet once again. We see severe weather — damaging winds, hail, and possible tornadoes usually hit the center (or very close to the center 50 miles or less) of each ring / square / or sawtooth pattern.
This usually happens within 24-48 hours (sometimes as long as 3 days approx) for the severe weather to manifest at / hit each epicenter.
In the last HAARP ring forecast .. we saw 9 out of 11 areas be hit with damaging winds, hail, and possible tornadoes.
