This one just appeared on the map today (12/17/2012) — however, the earthquake was actually from December 15th.. Texas panhandle..
Clearly, the earthquake epicenter is surrounded by a massive drilling / injection well / fracking / pumping operation. (pictures below .. click to enlarge):
