2/27/2013 — US Navy Labs creates Plasma in the upper Atmosphere using HAARP – HF- high frequency

This is a profound release, just put out by the US Naval Research Lab on Feb. 25, 2013..

In essence, this experiment done by the Navy contradicts ALL the skeptics who said it quote “could not be done” using frequency in the Atmosphere.

Ironic indeed that the frequency they used from HAARP matches the capability of NEXRAD RADAR.. as they are creating this plasma in the atmosphere using 0-4MHz.. (nexrad pulses between 0 to 12.4MHz putting the HAARP frequency and RADAR frequency on overlapping spectrums)

To top it off, with this Navy experiment — the plasma RING/SPHERE was observed on RADAR from Poker Flats, AK.. refuting even more skeptics who said HAARP cannot be seen on RADAR.

Furthermore, separately, we found RADAR is used to generate plasma from a place called SPEAR (in Norway) , they are using RADAR as a ‘heater’ in the same GHz spectrum that NEXRAD RADAR normally operates on when not in pulse mode (2.7GHz to 3.0GHz).  Proving RADAR can , and is currently being used to induce effects in the atmosphere — not just observe it.

Finally, we found information that RADAR was used to generate artificial plasma / literally LIGHTNING at the MIT research labs… C-band and S-band.. again.. same bands that NEXRAD RADAR use.

In otherwords, NEXRAD RADARs for sure have the functionality to act as small versions of HAARP or EISCAT.   To function as ‘heaters’ and plasma / lightning generators (for signal reflection / over the horizon capability / heating weather modification).

Any skeptic who said it could not be done, (for instance those at Realist News, or Metabunk just to name a few) NEED TO ISSUE FULL  RETRACTIONS AND CORRECTIONS —- assuming of course they really are into science and not trying to just protect their egos.

If they don’t issue retractions and corrections saying they were wrong, then you know they’re pushing an agenda that does not include real science — up until now they could say “it can’t be done”… now what is their explanation?

They said I was photoshopping and HOAXING these RADAR pulses … lol .. nice one.. now lets see what they have to say… right now.. its been out 2 days.. and we hear CRICKETS from their side.

U.S. Naval Research Laboratory research physicists and engineers from the Plasma Physics Division, working at the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) transmitter facility, Gakona, Alaska, successfully produced a sustained high density plasma cloud in Earth’s upper atmosphere.

“Previous artificial plasma density clouds have lifetimes of only ten minutes or less,” said Paul Bernhardt, Ph.D., NRL Space Use and Plasma Section. “This higher density plasma ‘ball’ was sustained over one hour by the HAARP transmissions and was extinguished only after termination of the HAARP radio beam.”

(Photo: SRI International—Elizabeth Kendall) These glow discharges in the upper atmosphere were generated as a part of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) sponsored Basic Research on Ionospheric Characteristics and Effects (BRIOCHE) campaign to explore ionospheric phenomena and its impact on communications and space weather.Using the 3.6-megawatt high-frequency (HF) HAARP transmitter, the plasma clouds, or balls of plasma, are being studied for use as artificial mirrors at altitudes 50 kilometers below the natural ionosphere and are to be used for reflection of HF radar and communications signals.Past attempts to produce electron density enhancements have yielded densities of 4 x 10⁵ electrons per cubic centimeter (cm³) using HF radio transmissions near the second, third, and fourth harmonics of the electron cyclotron frequency. This frequency near 1.44 MHz is the rate that electrons gyrate around the Earth’s magnetic field.

The NRL group succeeded in producing artificial plasma clouds with densities exceeding 9 x 10⁵ electrons cm³ using HAARP transmission at the sixth harmonic of the electron cyclotron frequency.

Optical images of the artificial plasma balls show that they are turbulent with dynamically changing density structures. Electrostatic waves generated by the HAARP radio transmissions are thought to be responsible for accelerating electrons to high enough energy to produce the glow discharge in the neutral atmosphere approaching altitudes of nearly 170 kilometers.

The artificial plasma clouds are detected with HF radio soundings and backscatter, ultrahigh frequency (UHF) radar backscatter, and optical imaging systems. Ground measurements of stimulated electromagnetic emissions provide evidence of the strength and frequency for the electrostatic waves that accelerated ambient electrons to ionizing velocities.

On Feb. 22, 2013 we saw a RADAR pulse (‘HAARP ring’) out of Jacksonville, Florida — leading us to watch for severe weather in the pulse area within 24-72 hours.

Like clockwork ..

Today, Feb. 24, 2013 .. storms form in the pulse epicenter (damaging winds and NWS severe thunderstorm warnings issued — hail detected as well)..

Also, yesterday, (on Feb. 23, 2013) out of South Central Louisiana, there were well defined steady return ‘HAARP rings’ — leading us to watch for severe weather to form in the area..

Again, like clockwork..

Love how they have whole subdivisions, schools, and a LOT of “reservoir” water conservation areas directly around (and inside of) these operations.

Imagine buying one of these new houses down there — kids going to a new school.. and right next to your new house, AND next to your kids school, there are multiple thousands of natural gas tanks, gas pipelines, and polluted lakes/creeks everywhere.

Each injection well has its own amount of “acceptable” leakage, out gas releases, and even safety flaring that can occur if too much pressure builds.

Grand Mesa (GM) exists today because it is capped by a Miocene basalt sequence that has a present-day footprint of about 155 km². The largest surviving part of the field is to the west (Palisade lobe, Flowing Park lobe, and Crag Crest); additional outliers exist to the east (e.g., Leon Peak, Crater Peak, Mt. Hatten, and Mt. Darline). The flow sequence rests on a west-tilted (average gradient = 10 m/km) paleo-topograhic surface that ranges in elevation from 3,422 m (Crater Peak) to 2,936 m (Palisade lobe). Corehole data (N = 9) for western GM show the sequence to thin significantly from east to west. Total thickness of the flow sequence ranges from 56 to 189 m for western GM and from 15 to 34 m for eastern GM.

Twenty three ⁴⁰Ar/³⁹Ar age dates (USGS and NMT) currently exist for the GM area. Because these two labs use different standards, all values have been normalized relative to FC-Sanidine (28.02 Ma). The normalized values show a range from 9.45-10.99 Ma, a mean of 10.17 Ma and a standard deviation of 0.33 Ma. These values show geographic variability. Eastern GM values (N = 7) have a narrow range (10.10-10.41 Ma), with a mean of 10.25 Ma and a standard deviation of 0.13 Ma. Western GM values (N = 16) have a broader range (9.45-10.99 Ma), with a mean of 10.14 Ma and a standard deviation of 0.39 Ma. Field evidence suggests that emplacement of the basalt occurred in two phases and from two separate vent areas. Initial eruptions possibly came from the “Lombard” vent, which is currently represented by two east-west oriented basalt dikes near Mt. Darline. Flows from this vent followed a series of northwest-trending paleo-valleys positioned on the north flank of the West Elk Mountains. The second eruption sequence occurred at the “Lily Lake” vent, which is documented by a northeast-oriented basalt dike and scattered pyroclastics just north of Crag Crest. The Lily Lake dike clearly crosscuts an older flow sequence (age dates in progress). Eruptions from the Lily Lake vent formed an elongate shield volcano that today forms the surface of western GM, Crag Crest, and possibly Leon Peak. Pleistocene mass wasting has significantly displaced much of the eastern half of the shield and has offset parts of the Lily Lake dike.
