On Feb. 22, 2013 we saw a RADAR pulse (‘HAARP ring’) out of Jacksonville, Florida — leading us to watch for severe weather in the pulse area within 24-72 hours.
Like clockwork ..
Today, Feb. 24, 2013 .. storms form in the pulse epicenter (damaging winds and NWS severe thunderstorm warnings issued — hail detected as well)..

Also, yesterday, (on Feb. 23, 2013) out of South Central Louisiana, there were well defined steady return ‘HAARP rings’ — leading us to watch for severe weather to form in the area..
Again, like clockwork..
Today, Feb. 24, 2013 .. storms form in the pulse epicenter (NWS severe storm warnings, damaging winds, possible tornadoes , and hail detected)… South Central Louisiana under heavy storms currently (756pm CST)
