Today, March 5, 2013 — a snow storm blew up rather unexpectedly over the Saint Louis Missouri area .
The overall precipitation showing as “frozen” (blue) .
It is very important to note even though the entire storm is showing as frozen / snow — we see a circular spot directly over Scott Air Force Base (Mascoutah IL) showing as being warmed — more importantly the heated spot does NOT move.. indicating that the heating is coming from the Air Force RADAR (or something similar) .
Airforce RADAR actively working as a heater, observed real-time on civilian systems.
