4/16/2013 — Iran 7.8M earthquake — Near Dormant Volcanic Complex

A very sizable 7.8M earthquake struck south Iran today (April 16, 2013).

If you look up the coordinates on Google Earth, you can clearly see the only two labeled volcanoes in Iran are near this location.
