5/24/2013 — San Antonio, TX / South Texas — RADAR pulse / “HAARP ring” confirmation — Possible tornado, and hail

At approximately 1025pm CST , May 23 2013 , a defined edge of a RADAR pulse / “HAARP ring” appeared in South Texas.

Seen in this video here (from 3min 45sec onwards) :


The epicenter of the southernmost ring was San Antonio, Texas.

Move forward to May 24, 2013 , 245pm CST  — a possible tornado, damaging winds, and hail form near the center of the San Antonio RADAR pulse / “HAARP ring”. Also, MAJOR flooding..
