5/30/2013 — Davenport, Iowa — RADAR pulse / Scalar Square confirmation — NWS issues tornado warning

In the early morning hours of May 28, 2013 — a Scalar Square appeared over Davenport , Iowa.

Seen in this video here — starting at approximately the 11min 45sec mark:


Move forward 48 hours, on May 30, 2013 — 422pm CST — the NWS has issued a tornado warning for the Scalar Square epicenter, just west of downtown Davenport, Iowa.
