7/9/2013 — Tropical Storm Chantal — High Power Microwave pulse leads storm NW

A few odd events are occurring around Tropical Storm “Chantal”.

First , a High Power Microwave (HPM) pulse is seen coming from the Northwest of the storm , the pulse going towards the center of the forming tropical system.

Also, this separate event (seen below) occurred at the center of the storm — most likely the RADAR pulse from an aircraft recon done inside the storm.

A RADAR pulse / “HAARP ring” at the eye of the storm, out to sea.

This has happened TWO TIMES before… inside Hurricane Irene, and Hurricane “Frankenstorm” Sandy.

Ironically, the two previous East Coast tropical systems received a High Power Microwave pulse into the center of each storm.

Overall, I would say we now need to watch out for some kind of large RADAR pulse on the East Coast USA in the next day or two.

Each time they did a HPM pulse into the center of the storm, it was followed with a large RADAR pulse on the eastern seaboard.

Screenshots of the RADAR pulses from 2011 and 2012 here :
