Chesapeake Bay Virginia is the most recent example of a RADAR induced rotation.
A man made tornado formed (as all the others previously) directly in the vicinity of multiple high power RADAR systems. The tornado, after forming, proceeded to head Northeast from the station, and cause severe damage.

“CAPE CHARLES, Va. (WNEW/AP) — An F1 tornado toppled trees and flipped campers at a Virginia campground Thursday, killing two people and sending at least 33 more to area hospitals, officials said.
The storm slammed into the Cherrystone Family Camping & RV Resort, which sits on 300 acres on the Chesapeake Bay in rural Northampton County.
“I love thunderstorms and I went out to see it,” said Albert Thorn, of Monroeville, New Jersey. “There was a wall of grey — wind and rain. It was coming through the trees right at us. By then, we shut the sliding door and it was pounding them windows like you couldn’t believe. You could hear people screaming before it even got to us.”
When the tornado hit about 9 a.m., more than 1,300 people were at the campground which features swimming pools, mini-golf, pier fishing, crabbing and other activities.
Hospitals prepared for mass casualties, but they did not come. Injuries ranged from cuts to broken bones to life threatening, said Virginia State Police Spokeswoman Corinne Geller.
“All hell broke loose,” said Joe Colony, a Stephensville, Maryland, resident who has been coming to the campground for 30 years. “We got an emergency message on a cellphone and within 30 seconds, the thing hit and it blew down 40, 50 trees in the park.”
Geller said in a press conference Thursday afternoon that a husband and wife, identified as Lord Balatbat and Lolabeth Ortega of Jersey City, New Jersey, were killed when a tree crushed their tent. Their son, who was in another nearby tent, was injured. The boy was taken to Children’s Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Larry LeMond, chairman of the Northampton County Board of Supervisors, said a local high school would be used as a shelter for those who had nowhere else to go. Churches and other groups donated food and clothing. Weekends would typically draw 2,000 people to the campground, he said.
“In the summertime, it’s the biggest town on the shore,” LeMond said.
The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning for the area about the time it struck. Many at the park said they had only a few minutes of warning.
“The people who were in their tents had no chance to get out of their tents to go for shelter,” said Tori Thomas, of Monroeville, New Jersey, who was staying in a cottage with her two children, ages 1 and 3.
Joe Micucci said he and his wife rode out the storm in their camper as softball-sized hail fell.
“We saw at least five (campers) that were flipped over. One was completely gone and only had its wheels left,” said Micucci, of Washington Township, New Jersey.
Eastville volunteer firefighter Brittney Eder said she left the campground before the full force of the storm hit.
“It came in real quick,” she said. “The sky turned jet black.”

Brian Coy, a spokesman for Gov. Terry McAuliffe, said the administration was closely monitoring the situation and had received reports of severe damage at the campground with trees on top of campers.
Peter Glagola, spokesman for Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital, said the hospital treated more than two dozen people. One patient in critical condition was flown to VCU Medical Center in Richmond, he said. Most at Riverside had been released, according to state police.
The Coast Guard said good Samaritans pulled at least three people from the water.”
As it turns out, the campground which was hit, is on the edge of multiple RADAR systems associated with monitoring of Ocean currents / height, ROTHR RADAR to the South, and finally, Fleet area control RADAR at Oceana Air station.

Literally, the process can be reduced and described as such……radio frequency heating from a ground based station, which strips electrons from the atmosphere, causing CCN (cloud condensation nuclei) the precursor to rain.
It happens quite simply , as seen this past week, when two RADAR stations have overlapping coverages, a “scalar resonance” effect takes place between the two stations.
These examples below ALL HAPPENED SIMULTANEOUSLY across the United States, above multiple RADAR stations at the same time, each storm developed out of nothing directly over the RADAR locations.
At the same time the above in Missouri occurred, the example below shows what happened simultaneously at the RADAR stations in Kansas . Same exact situation occurred.
One station has storms form along the perimeter of the RADAR station, again TAKING THE SHAPE of the RADAR’s rotating curvature, and the opposing interacting station having storms develop DIRECTLY over the NEXRAD RADAR station.
Again, you might ask, how is this occurring?
Simply put, one station interferes with the other, causing small ions to form as the intersecting radio frequencies strip electrons from the atmosphere. The electrons are the precursor to plasma / lightning. Their magnetic charge attracts molecules of H2O, forming rain, and sometimes forming plasma / lightning which is visible.

Here are several past examples of this happening here in my home town of St. Louis Missouri. Tornadoes forming over the NEXRAD RADAR in Weldon Springs, then traveling directly over the Air Force RADAR in Maryland Heights, then going to the Airport TDWR in Hazelwood.

Dover Delaware, experienced a RADAR pulse event, 12 hours later a tornado warning issued directly over the Air Force Base which emitted the RADAR pulse. This happened THREE times over 1 year now.

(Below) Dover Air Force base is the only area to get a tornado warning issued 12 hours after the pulse, the direct epicenter of the RADAR event no less.
The SECOND time this occurred at Dover Delaware was just a few weeks ago (May 2014).
This time, a targeted pulse was emitted towards Washington DC. Followed by a SINGLE tornado warning issued directly over the area which was pulsed 48 hours later.
Example from Key West Florida — South Florida is not normally tornado prone in Mid-October.
On October 17 2011, A large RADAR pulse appeared from the Naval Air Station, followed by a tornado coming to hit the Naval Air Station @ the center of the pulsed area !
(Below) Tornado hits the center of the above pulse several hours later (going into the next day). Hail / damaging winds / possible tornado detected directly over the previously pulsed epicenter.
