Another tropical storm has formed in the Central Pacific ocean.
The tropical storm is forecast to grow into (at least) a Category 1 Hurricane.
The system has been named “ANA”, with a projected track taking the it directly over Hawaii within about 3 days from now (currently 2am CDT October 15 2014).
Making an approximate landfall on October 17th, into 18th.
Landfall will occur assuming the storm holds together long enough to reach Hawaii. The storm could very well weaken, or grow in size over the next few days.
