A specific warning was issued for Southern Colorado / North New Mexico here:

Quote the forecast from 2 days ago – March 18, 2015:

“Expect another single 4.0 to mid 5.0M event in the Pacific NW USA.. this will then kick off movement on the craton edge yet again. States named in the video .. California dormant volcanoes should again show movement, Yellowstone (again), Colorado (again), Texas (again), Kansas (again), and then the East coast (again). “

Move forward two days, March 20, 2015 – now Colorado shows movement in the 4.0 magnitude range.

As I said two days ago in the earthquake forecast, Colorado – Kansas – Oklahoma – Texas is the new 21st century “New Madrid” waiting to happen.  Professionals agree, the threat of a large earthquake is looming in this region.
