1 day ago a rare 3.9 magnitude earthquake (4.0M on some agencies) struck Southern Colorado / Northern New Mexico at the Trinidad, CO fracking operation.
Last night , March 20th going into the 21st, an earthquake occurred at the West Texas fracking operations located near Fort Stockton, TX.
Move forward just a few hours from the Texas fracking earthquake, and now we see the pressure on the craton showing via a magnitude 4.0 earthquake in central Oklahoma.
Upon inspecting the coordinates of this earthquake epicenter (provided by the USGS in the information below), anyone looking can clearly see the “frack” well, and oil rig / drilling rig directly above the epicenter location. Check for yourself : 36.360°N 97.099°W
No doubt this fracking earthquakes caused some serious shaking in nearby residential areas surrounding the earthquake epicenter.
This newest 4.0 magnitude earthquake is particularly troubling to see in light of the 4.2M which struck four days ago on March 17, 2015 , which itself was on top of a flurry of mid-4.0M range earthquakes to strike the area over the past several months.
The 4.0M+ swarms have become such a problem that local government in Oklahoma had to BAN the injection wells (frack well injections) in this region to prevent larger earthquakes.
More on the shutdown of the wells here:
The temporary shutdown mentioned in the above video will not stop the fracturing below OK, KS, CO, TX now that the region is heavily fractured.
Professionals have now confirmed that million year old faults are being “reactivated” across Oklahoma.
As I said several days ago, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, and Texas is the new 21st century “New Madrid”.
Professionals are saying the Oklahoma region is primed for a larger earthquake (greater than 6.0). These multiple 4.0M+ earthquakes are indeed a sign of coming greater movement.
