4/03/2015 — Man Made tornadoes — TWO Different New York NEXRAD RADARs induce vortex rotation (HAARP ring)

How many times is too many times before people realize high power microwave transmitters are inducing rotation above the base stations?

Yet once again we see a location which is not normally tornado prone receive multiple detections of tornadoes (rotation) near NEXRAD RADAR transmitters.

This time we see the areas near Binghamton New York, and Albany New York BOTH receive detections of possible tornadoes within less than an hour of each other….. both times the only detection of any severe weather is near the NEXRAD RADAR microwave transmitter.

All other nearby areas only detecting “green” regular rain cells, the area by the Binghamton , NY transmitter zapped up the passing cells into a rotation — then after the cells passed by the transmitter, they calmed down slightly.. intensification occurred again over the Albany NEXRAD tower.

Specifically, it is now proved that microwave transmitters can (and do) induce rotation over the transmission location.

It is also proved that microwave transmissions can strip ions / electrons from the atmosphere, which induces CCN formation (cloud condensation nuclei). RADAR pulses (aka HAARP rings) are proved to induce CCN and rotation:

Together, microwaves can induce rotation, and induce water vapor — thus a man-made frequency induced storm is made.

We have seen this happen far too often to be coincidence, or chance.

The experiments proving the science behind HOW this is occurring have been done by reputable professionals, and well known institutions.

Tornadoes happening at all times of the year, winter, summer, fall, spring… irrespective of location …. from Key West Florida to Seattle Washington… time after time we see tornado formation, damaging winds, and hail develop directly near (in some cases directly over) high power microwave transmitter.

Here are a few recent examples from other locations where the microwave transmitter induced weather formation:

How do High Power Microwaves, Lasers, and even lower power Radio Frequency induce weather phenomenon?

Dr. Michio Kaku explains the physics behind “electron cascade” caused by high power transmissions.

Summed up, high power transmissions (when targeted at an area in the sky) can literally strip ions from electrons in the atmosphere. The ions , with their base magnetic charge, act like dust particles in the atmosphere, which collect molecules of H20, then condense into actual rain.

These particles are called “CCN”, or Cloud Condensation Nuclei.

If you put both scientific facts together ….

1. High Power Microwaves induce rotation

2. High Power targeted transmisions induce CCN formation

Knowing that both above statements are true, it then stands to reason that 2ghz targeted microwave “RADAR transmissions” can induce rotation, and precipitation.

The RADAR is causing storms to form near the transmitter, and between transmitters.
